Shipping

How long does delivery take? Orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Each order ships with tracking, sent to you by email as soon as it's on its way.

Will I be charged customs or import fees? No. All duties and import fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no additional charges on delivery.

Do you ship to my country? We currently ship to the United States. If you're unsure whether your country is covered, add your address at checkout and available shipping options will appear automatically.

Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return? Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer exchanges? Yes, exchanges for a different size or color are available within the same 30-day window, subject to stock.

Who covers return shipping? Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Sizing

How do I find my size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements specific to that style. We recommend checking it before ordering, as fit can vary slightly between styles.

What if my size doesn't fit? You're welcome to exchange it within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
