Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your Auredelle order will be processed, shipped and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods such as sales, promotions or holidays. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to countries within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@auredelle.com before placing your order.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control including customs processing, carrier delays and weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
- Free shipping on all orders over €70
- Orders below €70 will be charged a flat shipping rate as displayed at checkout
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where an item arrives damaged or your order is confirmed lost in transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking information has not updated for 10 or more business days, please contact us at hello@auredelle.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For customers within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the displayed product price at checkout. No additional customs fees should apply for standard EU orders.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, any applicable customs fees, duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Auredelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or household members in case it was received on your behalf
- Check any safe locations your carrier may have left the parcel
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at hello@auredelle.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate and work toward a resolution.
Auredelle is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@auredelle.com. We will do our best to update your details if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect or intercept the shipment. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each package. No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.
Delays Outside Our Control
Auredelle is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Public holidays or peak postal periods
- Political events or strikes affecting postal services
In the event of a significant delay we will do our best to keep you informed and work toward a resolution.
