Our Commitment

We stand behind every piece in our collection. If something isn't right, reach out - we'll make it work.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately:

  1. Email hello@auredelle.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If verified, we will reship the correct item at no cost or issue full store credit. You keep the original item.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photo evidence cannot be processed.


Fit or Preference

If your item doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, contact us at hello@auredelle.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item as received
  • A brief description of the issue

Each request is reviewed individually. Where appropriate, Auredelle may offer a goodwill store credit as a resolution at our discretion. We are unable to guarantee store credit for fit or preference reasons, and we are unable to offer cash or card refunds for these cases.

We strongly encourage all customers to review our size guide and product measurements before ordering to ensure the best fit.


Item Never Arrived

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at hello@auredelle.com with your order number. We will investigate and either reship or refund in full.


Bundle and Promotional Orders

When a purchase is made as part of a bundle or promotional offer, the discount is applied proportionately across all items. Any store credit issued for a single item within a bundle will reflect that item's proportionate discounted value, not its full individual price.


One Resolution Per Order

Each order is eligible for one goodwill resolution request. Please review your items carefully and confirm your decision before submitting a request.


What Cannot Be Resolved

The following are not eligible for any return or credit:

  • Items explicitly marked Final Sale on the product page
  • Free gifts received with an order
  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, belts)
  • Requests submitted outside the stated time windows
  • Items reported as damaged without photo evidence

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. If you miss the window, the item can be resolved under the terms above once delivered.


Dispute & Chargeback Notice

All orders, tracking information, and customer communications are fully documented. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our team will be disputed with complete evidence. We encourage every customer to reach out to us first - we are always committed to a fair resolution.
