Bust Around the fullest part of the chest, tape level and relaxed.
All measurements are body size, not garment size. A 1–3 cm variance is normal. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all US orders over $70. Orders below $70 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.
All Auredelle orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - every duty, tax, and customs fee is pre-paid by us, so you'll never see a surprise charge at your door.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to the US is 6–10 business days. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - no customs fees on arrival.
Can I still change my order?
You can cancel or update your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at hello@auredelle.com with your order number. After 2 hours, your order enters processing and we're unable to make changes.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch - once shipped, address changes can't be made.
How do I return my order?
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@auredelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Photos must show the issue on the unworn item, with original tags attached. If verified, we'll arrange a free replacement or full store credit — and you keep the original item.
For fit or preference concerns, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the unworn item with tags attached, and a brief description. Each request is reviewed individually at Auredelle's discretion.
For damage or fit claims on items valued over $100, we reserve the right to request additional verification before processing the claim.
